North America’s largest soufflé pancake and dessert café turned to SH Comms to execute a high-impact launch campaign to mark its arrival in the UK.

We delivered an engaging launch event and press and social campaign to unveil the company’s flagship UK site in Manchester, generating viral content to resonate with its Gen Z target audience.

Results

SH Comms successfully established the brand’s UK social media presence, generating over 1.1m Tik Tok views and a 371% increase in Instagram followers. The Manchester launch was a hit – generating mass media coverage, hyperlocal influencer content and driving footfall resulting in queues of customers out of the door. SH Comms was consequently appointed to roll out this winning PR formula at another three new Fluffy Fluffy locations throughout the UK.
