Afflecks

We were asked by our longstanding client to reinvigorate its status as a Manchester icon and leading retail destination in the city, as part of its 40th birthday.

What we did

We devised the Afflecks 40 campaign, leveraging our little black book to

secure 40 ambassadors who had a story to tell about this cultural icon. Celebrities including

Guy Garvey, Lemn Sissay, Sophie Willen and Antony Cotton as well as longstanding fans were included in a commemorative book and exhibition, curated by acclaimed portrait photographer Wolfgang Webster.

The Results

The campaign was a resounding success, captivating the attention of media on a regional and national scale, resulting in an increase in shoppers visiting the much-loved institution.
