What we did
To support the complex development of the Manchester suburb which includes an ambitious reshaping of the iconic Stretford Mall, new housing and changes to the way to the local community will live, shop and work, SH Comms has delivered an ongoing creative communications campaigns for the past three years to drive a steady stream of positive media coverage. The work has just entered the next phase of public consultation.
The agency successfully harnesses the power of PR, social media and live events to drive community engagement as well as applying creative tactics to deliver complex messages to a diverse audience.
Results
The campaign has seen us drive an 81% increase in social media followers, establishing the Stretford Town Centre Instagram, Facebook and X accounts as respected news channels for the community.
The delivery of a year-long creative community project and event successfully engaged hundreds of residents and stakeholders and drove community-centred, impactful coverage.
